It's just the way that we happen to be.
Everyone wants to know how to be happy.
But nothing can be easy.
If it is easy, it is lazy.
That is how we think.
It's how I think.
But that's not true.
All it really means is that you have been
working harder than you needed to.
You looked everywhere but in your lap.
Me, I just want to get in the zone.
You know that place where everything is clicking.
Where you feel like a real hot slice of grease?
The day's don't stick to grease.
Past can't stick to grease.
Grease just slides forward.
The paint moves around.
The time ticks away.

so much truth to this.. We can't accomplish anything when we look for the easy way out. I feel so much better when I'm working hard, but laziness often sucks me in anyway. Honestly I'm not quite sure why..
